Description Drop nose pins have been around for a while, but never ones that are designed specifically for the diameters and sizes of the ILCA Harken Vang unit. The overhaul length of the pin is 23mm and the shaft length (bearing surface part) is 16mm. (4.65 mm dia. shaft) This top pin enables you to quickly take off your Cunningham Line, which allows you to de-rig and take your sail off with ease, even when your fingers are cold or tired. Please ensure that the drop nose pin ‘T’ end of the drop nose pin is on the opposite side to the cunningham downhaul, so there is no possibility of the rope catching on the drop nose ‘T’ pin end.
